The "CHILD I.D. CARD" is a wallet sized, hard plastic, heat sealed identification card containing a child's PHOTOGRAPH, FINGERPRINT and PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION. It is recommended that parents keep these cards with them at all times as they do their drivers license. In an emergency, parents should provide law enforcement agencies with the card
